Completed in 2022, this adaptive reuse project took an historic, mixed-use corner store in ‘The Ward’, and through restoration and additions created three stacked apartments, each with its own front door and private balcony space.  The ground floor unit is barrier-free. 

The building is centrally located adjacent to all the shops and services in Downtown Guelph as well as being an easy walk to Guelph Central Station, the city’s Transit, Greyhound, GO and VIA hub.
