This large industrial site of over 9 acres in The Ward currently operates as a warehouse as well as supporting interim neighbourhood services like the Alzheimer Society and annual Children’s Foundation and Friends of the Guelph Public Library fundraising drives. The property was known locally as ‘Woods2’ as it was the second of the historic W.C. Woods plants in the neighbourhood.

This key redevelopment property is one of the four identified for master planning within the Guelph Downtown Secondary Plan based on its potential for intensification as well as the opportunity to create additional amenities and open space for the neighbourhood.
