Thank you to everyone who attended the Community Open House on July 23rd, 2025.  

We were pleased to share our updated development and public realm concepts for the site which reflects the City’s evolving planning for downtown and the input of the community conversations we’ve had to date.  

We anticipate that the Urban Design Master Plan (UDMP) which will document and detail all the components of the plan will be ready to share and to go before Guelph City Council in Fall 2025.
